Scrambler And Griso Demo At Toymakers Cafe On Sunday

Scrambler stand - 2

FALLS VILLAGE, CT – Like to mix breakfast or lunch with a ride on a new Scrambler model from Ducati? New Haven Powersports bud-bylinehas accepted an invitation from RIDE-CT & RIDE-NewEngland to bring a Scrambler to Toymakers Cafe and let folks ride it. The Toymaker's signdate is this Sunday, May 10. The hours will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Not only will be there be a 2015 Scrambler to ride, but also a 2015 Moto Guzzi Griso. Sign-up sheets are on the front counter at Toymaker’s Cafe and slots for the Scrambler are going fast!

This opportunity has its origin when Matthew Phillips of Litchfield, who has an original Ducati 450 Jupiter (pictured below), asked me recently if I’d ridden the Scrambler yet. I told him that New Haven Powersports had a demo model, was hoping to do so soon and that maybe he’d like to join me for a trip to New Haven.

The plan is to get the Scrambler and Griso to Toymakers Cafe by 9 a.m. We’re setting up a suggested ride route that will be fun and functional – long enough to get a feel for theMoto Guzzi Griso bike but short enough to allow as many riders as possible to test the Scrambler. To test the bike, you must have an “M” endorsement and sign a waiver.

There’s also the possibility that another new third model will be available for testing. More details when they become available.
